  • Treatments are allowed to persons over the age of 14.
  • All guests will be required to complete and sign a health and lifestyle questionnaire upon arrival and prior to treatment.
  • All treatments require prior booking online or via Front Desk.
  • Please note that there is a 50% charge for late cancellations (less than 4 hrs) or no shows.
  • During treatments, please let your therapist know if you feel comfortable, if the temperature is right for you and if the pressure is too light or too firm. Your comfort and care are our greatest concern and priority.
  • If you have a particular injury or physical condition, please explain it to the therapist. Appropriate adjustments can be made to the treatment for your comfort and enhancement.
